Every lead captured, day and night
Your website and your phone should be your hardest workers. RSP captures every lead around the clock. An AI assistant answers visitors in your own words, sizes up how urgent the work is, and files the inquiry — even collecting relevant images when helpful. Web chat, contact forms, texts and phone calls all land in one Inbox, so nothing gets lost.
An AI assistant answers your website
The chat is a small bubble in the corner of your site. A visitor taps it and has an ordinary conversation about what they need, and the assistant works toward the things a callback actually requires: a name and number, a plain description of the problem, how urgent it is, and when they’d like to start. It answers from your own knowledge base — your hours, your service area, what you do and don’t take on — and it won’t invent past it, so it never makes a promise you didn’t write down. Asked whether it’s a person, it says plainly that it’s an assistant.
It also sizes the job up. Every chat inquiry is judged emergency, urgent or routine, and that badge rides the card into the Inbox — so the office triages the panel that’s smoking before the doorbell that’s dead.
Photos before anyone drives out
When the problem is something you’d have to see, the chat hands the visitor a link to add photos — in its own words about what would help to photograph. Your contact form offers the same link on its thank-you screen, and the office can send it afterwards too. Pictures of the actual problem arrive attached to the inquiry, before anyone burns an hour driving out to look.
One Inbox for every channel
Web chat, your own contact form or the hosted one we give you, inbound text messages, and the phone calls the office jots down by hand — every channel lands in the same Inbox, each card stamped with where it came from. Accepting an inquiry opens real work with everything already filled in — name, contact details, description, photos, and a suggested match when the number or email belongs to a customer you already have, so an existing client never becomes a duplicate. Dismissing one keeps a reason and is never destructive: dismissed inquiries collapse out of the way and can be reopened any time.
The Leads board
Past the Inbox, every open lead sits on one board, and each card carries a single plain sentence written from the data — “Estimate sent for $3,432.00. Viewed today.” — never a stale note somebody typed and forgot. A timer on each card measures how long it has sat in its current stage and darkens when it has sat too long, so a stalling lead looks like one. And the Closed tab keeps score: recently won and lost leads in one place, with your win rate printed above them.
The phone, answered around the clock
The same knowledge base can answer your phone: an AI voice agent that picks up 24/7, has the conversation, and files what it learned into the same Inbox with the caller’s details attached. We set it up with you, and it’s optional — not everybody wants AI answering their phone.
And if you don’t have a website — or have one that captures nothing — we build one with capture wired in.
An accepted inquiry is ready to price, and pricing it is estimates in minutes, not evenings.
2:11 in the morning, start to finish
What happens to an inquiry that comes in at two in the morning?
It is captured, answered and filed while you sleep. The chat or the voice agent has the conversation from your own knowledge base, collects a name, a number and a description, judges how urgent it is, and asks for photos if the problem is something you’d need to see. The whole thing is waiting in your Inbox when you open the dashboard.
Do I have to replace my website or my contact form?
No. The chat bubble is one line added to whatever site you already have, and your existing contact form can feed the same Inbox without being rebuilt. Running both side by side is normal — some visitors want to talk, some want to type and leave. If you don’t have a site at all, we build one with capture wired in.
Does a website inquiry create a customer record?
Not until a person accepts it. Inquiries wait in the Inbox as inquiries: no customer, no job, no paperwork. That is deliberate — a busy website would otherwise fill your client list with people who were never going to book. Accepting one is a single action, and it carries everything already collected into the job.
Can AI answer my phone too?
Yes — an AI voice agent can pick up 24/7, have the conversation from the same knowledge base the website chat uses, and file the inquiry in the same Inbox with the caller’s details attached. It is set up with you rather than by you, and it is entirely optional — not everybody wants AI answering their phone, and nothing else depends on it.
How does the chat know anything about my business?
From your knowledge base — a short list of topic-and-answer entries you fill in once, covering your service area, your hours, what you do and don’t take on, and how you charge. The chat and the phone agent answer from exactly the same entries, so they can’t contradict each other, and they can’t promise something you never wrote down.
